By creating an account or using iSelify, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

iSelify lets you design, publish and manage websites. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and some features may be limited to paid plans.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, your password and everything that happens under it. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you publish. You give us permission to host, store, display and deliver it as needed to run the service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.

Acceptable use

You may not use iSelify to:

• publish illegal, fraudulent, hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative content;
• impersonate others or run phishing or scam pages;
• distribute malware or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• send spam or abuse form and email features.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Report abuse through our report form.

Custom domains and third-party services

You are responsible for domains you connect and for complying with the terms of any third-party services you use alongside iSelify.

Termination

You can stop using iSelify and delete your sites at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if required by law.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, iSelify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business arising from your use of the service.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
